This opportunity is however not exclusive available for Banks, but also for non-banks such as Telco’s, Google, Paypal and other players active in the digital ecosystem, which makes it extra important for Financial Institutions to pro-actively shape their digital bank strategy.
Radboud Vlaar is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Amsterdam office, a core member of the European Banking as well as Asset Management practice and is leading the Benelux Corporate Finance practice. Since joining McKinsey Radboud worked with a diverse set of Financial Institution clients on several Strategy, Restructuring, Business Development and Corporate Finance efforts in mature and emerging markets. Prior to joining McKinsey Radboud worked for TPG on acquisitions and several other corporate finance related topics. Radboud has obtained 4 Master degrees from Groningen University. He speaks fluent English as well as his native Dutch.
