Belfius kiest Keylane’s SaaS oplossing

Belfius Insurance maakt sinds 2016 gebruik van het Axon-platform van Keylane voor zijn particulieren- en commerciële producten en heeft nu een overeenkomst getekend om Axon volledig te hosten op Keylane’s private cloud, waardoor hostingbeheer door derden overbodig wordt.

Belfius zet zich 100% in voor de tevredenheid van zijn klanten door hen zinvolle, creatieve en innovatieve bank- en verzekeringsoplossingen te bieden. Op die manier wil Belfius zijn klanten echt meerwaarde bieden door hen op een unieke en geïntegreerde manier te ondersteunen in elke fase van hun projecten. Deze authentieke toewijding aan klanttevredenheid is te zien in de campagne ‘Voor uw love doen we meer’, gelanceerd in 2021.
De Keylane-cloud
De private cloud van Keylane maakt een goedkopere integratie van de operaties mogelijk en wordt door 90% van Keylane’s schade verzekeraars-klanten gebruikt. Met Keylane als infrastructuurpartner wordt Belfius verder ontzorgd en in staat gesteld om zich op hun klanten te concentreren. Omdat alles gecentraliseerd is, zal de complexiteit verder verminderen en dit zorgt voor een snellere ondersteuning door Belfius één aanspreekpunt te geven voor hun polis- en schadebeheerplatform .

Belfius Insurance has been using Keylane’s Axon platform since 2016 for its private line and commercial line products, and has now signed an agreement to fully host Axon on Keylane’s private cloud, removing the need for third party hosting management.
