Cadran and Yuccaa join Rsult Group and accelerate the group’s growth strategy

Cadran Consultancy and Yuccaa join forces with Rsult Group and jointly create the undisputed market leader in the NetSuite partner ecosystem in the Benelux with an accelerating footprint across EMEA.

Cadran Consultancy, together with Cadran Analytics and Rownit, brings more than 25 years of experience in ERP implementations and optimisation, with strong expertise in Oracle NetSuite and Oracle JD Edwards. The addition of Cadran strengthens the group’s capabilities in manufacturing, wholesale and commodity-driven industries, while expanding its footprint in analytics, enterprise architecture and change management.

Yuccaa complements this with a strong business-driven consulting approach, particularly within the technology, software and e-commerce sectors. Its expertise in aligning strategy, processes, technology and people enhances Rsult’s ability to deliver end-to-end transformation programs for fast-growing, digital-first organisations.

With the strong financial and strategic support of Smile Sail, Rsult Group is accelerating its ambition to build a leading, integrated platform for ERP, data and AI-enabled services. These strategic steps with Cadran and Yuccaa mark a significant acceleration of Rsult’s buy-and-build strategy and further strengthen its position as the leading Oracle partner in the EMEA region as the group now consists of around 200 talented professionals.

Cadran Consultancy, Cadran Analytics and Rownit will continue to operate under their existing brands for the remaining part of the year, ensuring continuity for clients and employees. The Yuccaa team will be fully integrated into Rsult, further strengthening the group’s unified consulting approach.
