Adobe Document Cloud en Acrobat DC nu beschikbaar

Het nieuwste cloud-aanbod van Adobe (Nasdaq:ADBE), Document Cloud, is per direct beschikbaar. Met Document Cloud kunnen belangrijke documenten op een innovatieve manier beheerd worden vanuit huis, op kantoor en op verschillende devices. Adobe Document Cloud pakt de verspilling en inefficiëntie aan die nog met veel documentprocessen gepaard gaan. Adobe verandert de manier waarop individuen en bedrijven werken, of dit nu om het invullen van zorgverzekeringsformulieren gaat of om complexe zakelijke workflows. Ten grondslag aan Document Cloud ligt het geheel nieuwe Adobe Acrobat DC, met een op touch-gebaseerde gebruikersinterface, mobiele apps en gratis e-signing bij ieder lidmaatschap. Acrobat DC is nu beschikbaar en is onderdeel van Document Cloud en Creative Cloud.

Adobe Document Cloud bevat: 

  • Nieuwe Acrobat DC
    Het geheel nieuwe Acrobat DC beschikt over een intuïtieve en op touch-gebaseerde gebruikersinterface. De nieuwe functionaliteit is overal beschikbaar, waardoor op iedere locatie gewerkt kan worden. Het nieuwe Tool Center biedt eenvoudig en snel toegang tot de meest gebruikte tools. Daarnaast maakt Acrobat DC gebruik van Photoshop imaging-technologie, zodat een papieren document omgezet kan worden naar een digitaal en bewerkbaar bestand dat verstuurd kan worden voor een handtekening.
  • E-signing overal en voor iedereen
    E-sign-diensten (voorheen Adobe EchoSign) zijn beschikbaar bij ieder lidmaatschap op Acrobat DC, wat onderdeel is van zowel Document Cloud als Adobe Creative Cloud. Vanaf nu is het mogelijk om een document elektronisch vanaf ieder device te versturen en ondertekenen. De nieuwe Fill & Sign-functie vereenvoudigt en versnelt het proces van het ondertekenen van documenten en bevat smart autofill voor op alle devices.
  • Introductie van Mobile Link en nieuwe mobiele apps
    Met het nieuwe Mobile Link kunnen gebruikers vanaf ieder device verder gaan met het document of formulier waar ze mee bezig waren, met behoud van bestanden, instellingen en handtekeningen. Met twee nieuwe mobiele apps, Acrobat Mobile en Fill & Sign, zijn gebruikers in staat om direct vanaf hun mobiele devices documenten te creëren, bewerken, ondertekenen en notities te maken. Ook is het mogelijk om de camera van een mobiel device te gebruiken als draagbare scanner. Op die manier kunnen gebruikers gemakkelijk papieren documenten omzetten naar digitale, bewerkbare bestanden die verstuurd kunnen worden voor een handtekening.
  • Documentbeheer
    Met oplossingen zoals Send & Track kunnen gebruikers documenten beheren, traceren en controleren. Door de intelligente tracking-functie kunnen gebruikers zien waar cruciale documenten zich in het proces bevinden, inclusief wie op welk tijdstip de bestanden heeft geopend. Controle-features helpen om gevoelige informatie te beschermen, zowel binnen als buiten de firewall, voor bedrijven of voor persoonlijk gebruik.

Prijzen en beschikbaarheid
Adobe Document Cloud en Acrobat DC zijn vanaf vandaag beschikbaar. Een lidmaatschap op Acrobat DC behoort tot de services van Adobe Document Cloud. Adobe Creative Cloud-leden hebben als onderdeel van hun lidmaatschap toegang tot Acrobat DC Pro. Acrobat DC wordt zowel op basis van een lidmaatschap als een eenmalige licentie verkocht. Now you can electronically send and sign any document from any device. Document Cloud for enterprise offers eSign services with premium capabilities designed for organizations. New Fill & Signmakes signing anything fast and easy, including smart autofill across devices.
  • New Mobile Link and Mobile Apps
    Access your work as you move between desktop and devices, and pick up that form or document where you left off with new Mobile Link — your files, settings and signatures stay with you. With two new mobile apps, Adobe Acrobat DC mobile and Adobe Fill & Sign DC, people can create, comment and sign documents directly on their mobile devices.   • Document Management & Control
    Services such as Send & Track DC let you manage, track and control your documents. With intelligent tracking, you gain visibility into where critical documents are along their process, including who has opened them and when. Control features also help to protect sensitive information, both inside and outside the firewall, for business or personal use.
