HeleCloud Acquires Open Source Specialist OlinData

• HeleCloud today announced its acquisition of open source company OlinData
• Through acquisition, HeleCloud will establish a strong presence in the Benelux fueling its ambition to be at the forefront of the European Public Cloud services market

London, England – 29 August 2019: HeleCloud, an AWS Advanced Consulting and Managed Services Partner, today announced it has acquired OlinData, an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner based in the Netherlands, specialised in Open Source Infrastructure. Financial details of the deal, completed this week, were not disclosed. OlinData is HeleCloud’s first acquisition as part of its ongoing growth across Europe, supported by BGF, the UK and Ireland’s most active investor.
