Nextview Consulting 4rd Best Workplace in The Netherlands

Eindhoven, June 8th 2021 – Nextview Consulting has made it to position 4 on the list of Best Workplaces 2021 in the Netherlands. The list is based on the Great Place to Work survey.

We are very honored to have been named the 4th Best Workplace in the Netherlands (coming from the 8th position last year) in the category ‘Best Medium Workplaces’! This is now the fourth year in a row that we are on this list.

Great Place to Work the Netherlands surveys the amount of trust, pride and camaraderie within organizations. Based on employees’ answers on a questionnaire of 60 statements and the evaluation of the employer’s policies, a company is eligible to participate in the list. The highest scoring companies are acknowledged with the title Best Workplace.

Huub Waterval, CEO and founder of Nextview: “We fully recognize the results of the Great Place to Work survey among our employees. Our colleagues value Nextview for its great culture and colleagues. We especially want to congratulate our partner Salesforce with the 2nd place in the Best Multinational Workplace.”

René Brouwers, CEO of Great Place to Work the Netherlands: “In many ways, 2020 should be forgotten as quickly as possible, let’s be honest. My heart goes out to all the people and organizations who have suffered because of Covid. On the other hand, from the perspective of being a good employer, 2020 has also brought so many wonderful things. The digital world requires very clear communication, extremely good listening, recognizing the smallest signals, contacting more often and, above all, much more attention to the personal situation of the employee. This is the way to be successful as a leader, team and organization. Leaders, who still had some doubts that trust is the basis of good cooperation, have had to realize that they too had to change. These 37 Best Workplaces show that putting your people first pays off, even in times of crisis. They receive this appreciation from their own employees and show it in the way that they organize their company.”
